The Company shall have 5 directors and 2 supervisors, with a term of 3 years, elected by the shareholders' meeting from individuals with legal capacity, and they might be re-elected consecutively. After the Company's shares are publicly issued, independent directors might be appointed, with the number of independent directors not being less than 3 and not less than one-third of the total number of directors.
