The Compensation Committee assists the Board in discharging its responsibilities related to GHMSC’s compensation and benefits policies, plans and programs, in evaluation of compensation of GHMSC’s directors of the Board and executives, and the review of the pipeline planning of the Company’s senior executives to ensure the long-term sustainability of the Company and reasonable compensation.
The members of the Compensation Committee are appointed by the Board as required by R.O.C. law. The Committee would diligently exercise the following functions and submit recommendations for discussion by the Board:

Establish and regularly review policies, systems, standards, and structures for performance evaluation and compensation of directors, supervisors, and key managers.

Regularly assess and determine the compensation for directors, supervisors, and key managers.
